As an assistant for the Event Production team, I was responsible for aiding the staff in coordinating and executing all in-event and on-floor entertainment.
Guest Services Representative

As a representative for Guest Services, I served as the liaison between ESPN X Games staff and guests attending the event, representing a face for the brand.
Highlights
  • Assisted with daily preparation of events, including set-up and placement of production gear on-floor of the venue
  • Coordinated the set-up of the podiums for the medal ceremonies that followed each of the events
  • Communicated staff needs and satisfy their requests
  • Aided entertainment talent (commentators/producers/in-event hosts) with their production of events

  • Ensured guest information is available and accurate
  • Utilized knowledge of the stadium from being a Tour Guide at U.S. Bank Stadium to improve the efficiency of both
    fan and staff way-finding
  • Facilitated team communication regarding inquiries and incidents
